Here’s an excerpt from the interview
Q. Hello Doctor!!! How did the story begin ?
See, it was quite clear in my head since I was a 6 year old kid. My teacher gave me an assignment to wrote about what I wanted to be and without giving a second thought to it, I came up with my answer..a Doctor……and I meant it…
It began that early
Q. Did You ever find yourself on a crossroad where it was about making a choice between more than one option ?
Yes, actually when I was in class 10, I was doing great in both Mathematics and Science. I was confused, one side of me wanted to go abroad and pursue Mathematics, the other side pulled me towards Science . I was lucky to have genius mentor, he guided me by putting one important aspect before me …he said, “Take Science, go for Medicine and heal people “
His words caused a positive impact on my mind and I chose Science .
Q. How do you get all the motivation from ?
My parents .They have always supported me and encouraged me to pursue my dreams. I have seen them working hard and those values keep motivating me to be better everyday
Q. How do you manage both life and work ?
When I am with family, I don’t discuss work and when I am in hospital, I don’t think of home , however, I am always alert and open to emergency situations. An emergency call can drop in anytime, so a doctor needs to be always prepared for it.

Q. Why did you chose Diabetogy ?
I have seen the very dark side of this disease as young patients coming with dark limbs finally got them amputed and this has shook me to the core.
